The Glamour/Boudoir Experience
I heard a quote today. It went as follows:
“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did.
But they will NEVER forget the way you made them feel!”
My business model has shifted slightly. I still photograph family and babies and newborns and maternity–but after July of 2012, I will no longer be photographing weddings and events. Instead, my focus will be on boudoir and glamour photography–what I otherwise like to call the contemporary portrait.
It will be a whole experience. You and I will have a consultation where we will put together ideas and storyboards. The day of your session will be a day of pampering. You’ll have your hair and makeup done while sipping champagne and nibbling on cheese and strawberries. Afterwards, we’ll meet for happy hour and go through your images where you will choose your favorites and decide on the best options for dispaly for you–whether that’s in a small album tucked away in your nightstand or as a 20×30 wall portrait in your living room.
I’m not selling you a picture. I’m giving you an experience.
And because it’s hard for me to post anything without a picture…here is a photograph from Sarah’s lifestyle session. Stunning girl.
